Ruby lives in a camp for World War III survivors. Governed by an authoritarian Council, the humans are slowly catching their breath... but then something has happens to Ruby's granny, who is supposed to take care of the camp. Ruby leaves the camp to save her grandmother without the Council's permission, while a secret group is sent to hunt down a new life form occupying the woods. But this time, nature won't stand for it and Ruby must choose sides.
